Our product is not a vinyl based product, it is 99% Polyester so it is 100% removable. For textured walls, we do have a more heavy duty paper that is available on request. (This paper is an extra fee.)
We are a husband and wife team that prints, trims and ships all of our products, in our facility. Due to the fact that all walls are custom made for each order please note that all wallpaper orders are FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We highly recommend ordering a sample of any given wall to check the design, feel and application to your walls.
Please keep in ming if you are order multiple panels, please order all of your panels at one time. We cannot guarantee color matches for future purchases of the same wall due to all walls are custom printed and can have minor defects or alterations. Wall Garnish is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged panels.
Although we know you are excited for your orders, (So are we! We cannot wait for you to receive them) please know we have a 7-10 business day turnaround on all orders. All domestic orders are shipped with delivery times of 3-5 days after shipment, however we can not guarantee delivery dates.
Nursery Installs (Important Information):
We take the safety of out little ones very seriously. Before placing your paper on the wall behind a crib, we ask you test the install of the paper to make sure it properly adheres to the wall. We do recommend if you are putting it above the wall where there is a bed or crib, to put staples across the top. (This assures that the top of the wall will not come off), it is an extra precaution and unnoticeable.
